At the ongoing sitting of the Judicial Commission of Enquiry on Land Matters headed by Justice Abiodun Akinyemi in Ogun State, many management members of the corporation were indicted.

In the white paper released by the state government recently, the Commission indicted many officials of the corporation for the way they handled land matters during the administration of Otunba Gbenga Daniel.
