One of Nigeria richest man and former MD of Zenith Bank, Jim Ovia, has demolished his two-storey building worth about #600 million standing on his Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island property and has turned the land to a temporary car park for people who use his event place, The Civic Centre.
Sources suggests they are planning to build a massive structure on the vacant space soon.
