FASHOLA, DIEZANI, ONIWON TO FLAG OFF OIL GAMES

The minister for Petroleum, Diezani Alison Madueke, the executive governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Raji Fashola and the Group Managing director of NNPC Engineer Austen Oniwon and chief executives of the participating companies will be among the dignitaries expected at the opening ceremony of the 14th Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry Games beginning this weekend at the Chevron Recreation Centre, Gbagada in Lagos.

According to the organisers, the games will be declared open by the Group Managing Director of NNPC Engineer Oniwon who doubles as the chief host of the games.
Chairman of the main organising committee, Peter Odjoji told reporters that ents will begin soon after the opening ceremony which will also feature a table tennis exhibition game and some cultural displays.
