As a result of the completion of the acquisition of Intercontinental Bank Plc by Access Bank Plc, Access Bank Plc a day before yesterday January 27th terminated the employment of 1, 500 employees of Intercontinental Bank and also shut down some branches of Intercontinental Bank nationwide for 'non-performance'.
